HOW TO ENTER: From October 1, 2012, until June 30, 2013, at 11:59PM CT ("Sweepstakes Period"), each time a person attends a Chicago Wolves home game using a ticket that was purchased with his/her Discover® card, he/she automatically will be entered into the “Discover Shootout Promotion” (“Sweepstakes”) for a chance to shoot on the ice at an intermission for various prizes. Eligible Chicago Wolves home games are those played at the Allstate Arena during the Sweepstakes Period.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Any U.S. resident 18 years of age or older may participate by submitting his/her first and last name, birth date, address and home telephone number on a postcard or a 3”x5” piece of paper and mailing it to: “Discover Shootout Promotion”, Chicago Wolves, 2301 Ravine Way, Glenview, IL 60025.  

RANDOM DRAWING: Two (2) winners will be chosen prior to each selected Chicago Wolves home game (where the promotion takes place) during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be contacted by the Chicago Wolves and explained the on-ice promotion.  If a winner does not already have tickets to the selected game, they will be given up to four (4) complimentary tickets to that game. The random drawing will be conducted by a Wolves staff member whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This drawing will be witnessed by at least one additional Wolves staff member.

PRIZE DETAILS: The on-ice shootout will take place during an intermission at twelve (12) selected home games.  The participant will have one (1) shot from various locations on the ice at a target (3 inches tall by 3 feet wide) in front of the goal. Each of the targets will have an assigned prize associated with it, not totaling more than $275 in value. The contest is progressive in nature, and the contestant must complete the initial task before moving on to a higher prize. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, nor is cash redemption allowed. The Chicago Wolves reserve the right to determine the prizes and the order in which they are assigned.

GENERAL RULES: Open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Chicago Wolves organization, Rosemont Hockey Partners, L.P. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win prizes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize-winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release the Chicago Wolves, Rosemont Hockey Partners, L.P. and Discover Products Inc., their employees and agencies, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, and advertising and promotion agencies of each of the above, from any and all liability of any type whatsoever, including injury or death, arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes and use of the prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer or the administration of the Sweepstakes.
